Since bleach strips the color from carpet fibers the most effective way to get a bleach stain out of a carpet is to act quickly when the spill occurs.
Not all carpet cleaners can remove stains and very few can repair bleach spots.
Pour the solution over the bleach stain and let sit for about 5 minutes.
As soon as you notice the bleach stain immediately blot it with water and paper towel.

Rinse the bleach stain using a sponge and warm water.
Dip a clean white rag into the fabric dye.
Mix tsp of mild dish soap with 1 cup of warm water.

The dye is permanent and will not come out with cleaning.
Test the dye on a hidden area of the carpet to determine if it is a good color match.
