07 Grand Cherokee Sunroof Not Closing Flush With Roof

I tried the recalibration and such but it did nothing to help it so i just push it up flush by hand periodically to keep the water out.

The back of the sunroof doesn t raise and sit flush with the roof. Place the ignition switch in run position.
